Media Briefing Ahead of India–South Africa Traditional Medicines Symposium & Exhibition

The Consulate General of India, Durban, hosted a media briefing ahead of the India–South Africa Traditional Medicines Symposium & Exhibition, scheduled to take place on 10–11 October 2026 at the Archie Gumede Conference Center, Durban.

Consul General Shri Niteen Subhash Yeola briefed members of the media on the objectives, programme and expected outcomes of the two-day event, highlighting the importance of knowledge exchange, collaboration and greater awareness in the field of traditional medicine.

The Symposium & Exhibition will bring together experts, practitioners and stakeholders for lectures, demonstrations, exhibitions, networking and B2B interactions, providing a platform for meaningful engagement and exchange of knowledge.
